Where are you located?
We are located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.  Please know that this is not a retail storefront, but rather a "By Appointment Only" workspace, where we have pick ups, and we make your delicious desserts.

Can I get a dessert today/tomorrow?
Our custom cakes and cookies take some time to make and we typically need at least 2 weeks of lead time. The desserts on our online store have a shorter notice time, so we recommend you check there for last minute goodies.

How far in advance should I place my custom order?
The two basic rules are: the earlier the better AND it never hurts to ask.

We can book up quite quickly, so we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance of your event to reserve a spot. This lead time does increase around the holidays. But life happens and sometimes we get cancellations or party dates get changed, so it never hurts to reach out and ask!

How do I order a custom dessert?
To start the order process, please contact us here and include the following information:

  • the date of your event
  • the occasion of your event (ex. wedding, birthday, baby shower, etc.)
  • the event location, delivery address, and delivery time (if you would like delivery)
  • how many people you will need to serve
  • your daytime phone number
  • what kind of dessert you are looking for (ex. cake, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
  • an idea of what kind of cake/cookie design you are looking for

We will then contact you to discuss your order and/or schedule an appointment.

Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 1.5 dozen for custom cookies and 1 dozen for custom cupcakes.

What are your prices?
Prices for custom orders depend on size, flavour, and level of decoration. Go to Custom Cookies and Custom Cakes for more information or send us an email here for a quote.

How do I pay for my order?
For custom orders we accept cash, cheques, and e-transfer.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to the Sault Ste. Marie region! There is a delivery fee of $10 within city limits, with prices increasing outside of the city.

Do you require a deposit?
Nope! At this moment, we don't require a deposit.

What's your cancellation policy?
All sales are final as our products are all handmade and perishable. However, if for some reason you need to cancel your order before it’s been prepared, we’ll happily credit your order towards a future booking with us.
